A R Sinha

Mr. Sinha is the promoter of businesses innovation delivery. He plays an integral role in defining the company strategy, bringing the foresight of being our customers trusted advisor in using technology and continuously building Pratyaya into Business Innovation house. His primary area of expertise is helping clients improve the value of their relationships with their customers and to become more competitive.

He has been responsible for providing leadership for the company’s high-touch customer relationship, Ecosystem partners and innovation delivery excellence model, strategic development initiatives, long-term relationships with strategic partners, capacity growth, and delivery management. Mr. Sinha brings foresight, vision, courage, high energy and an upbeat personality to Pratyaya.

He has received Certificate of Excellence at Ford Motor Company. He has also received many accolades for Solution approach, Delivery and Client management. A qualified Engineer, Mr. Sinha has a degree in Electrical and Electronics. Mr. Sinha started his career as Intern at ISRO.

Ashutosh Mishra

Ashutosh brings over 14 years of line and consulting experience, he has been instrumental in several "Transformation" initiatives in a wide spectrum of industries. He has led implementation of several transformation initiatives in "Total Quality" , "Six Sigma", "Lean Management" and "Supply Chain Re-engineering". .

He was part of one of the pioneering efforts in the Indian consulting arena pertaining to "Service Quality". He has wide experience in using the various Analytical and Statistical Tools/methods used in the "Six Sigma" and "Lean Management" programs. He also has led successful projects in supply chain re-engineering in food, retail and healthcare sector.

He has a BE degree in Electrical Engineering, PG Diploma in Business Administration in the Area of Operations and Marketing Management. He is also a Certified Lead Assessor for ISO 9000 series of Quality Standards and Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a visiting faculty in Indian Institute of Technology - Roorkee.

He has a BE degree in Electrical Engineering, PG Diploma in Business Administration in the Area of Operations and Marketing Management.  He has extensive experience in High Altitude Mountain Adventure activities. He combines his hobby and his professional expertise thru outdoor experiential events for learning and workshops

Arvinth M

Arvinth brings extensive experience in GPS and GIS technology. Arvinth has been responsible for providing customized solutions, including strategic planning, technical design, systems integration, and Project Management for more than 14 years. Arvinth holds bachelors in Computer Science and an MBA in Information systems. Arvinth was co-promoter of Pinnacle Software.

Mr. Sinha is the promoter and and integeral part of Pratyaya Consulting. He leads Pratyaya's global teams for legal, government relations, corporate development and new business development (strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities). An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Sinha spent the last 37 years working as a Senior Lawyer and Legal Consultant. Mr. Sinha has been instrumental in several “Transformation” assignments in a wide spectrum of industries. Mr. Sinha Brings rich experience with strong analytical and problem solving skills to Pratyaya.

Mr. Sinha was the Secretary Bar Association, Secretary of Officer's Club, Vice President Cricket Association.

Mr. Sinha's hobbies and leisure pursuits primarily is his love of performing arts, theatre and music.

Sukanya Rath

Sukanya Rath has been associated with Pratyaya from its ideation and concept stage. She is responsible for building the corporate culture and business ethics for Pratyaya. Corporate communication, strategic planning, as well as key alliances, capacity growth, process initiatives and business development are part of her portfolio. Sukanya also leads the Information and Communication Technologies for Development (ICT4D) initiative for strengthening Pratyaya’s alliances and presence in the development sector.

Sukanya holds a Masters and M.Phil degree in Developmental and Educational Psychology, following which she worked for three years as a UGC Research Fellow, Ph.D programme, Centre for Advanced Study in Psychology,Utkal University, prior to beginning her professional career with UNICEF..

Mounik Pani

Mounik Pani brings over 12 years of Operations, Financial Planning and Management Consulting experience in the fields of Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Service Excellence and Six Sigma.

Mounik brings extensive experience in setting up distribution network for the company in India and other Asian countries like Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Middle East, setting up countrywide supply chain and Logistics Management; Designing a CRM system for a Large Global Financial Service Provider for their eastern head quarters; Launching India’s first International brand of Ice Creams directly imported from USA in consumer packs; Setting up countrywide distribution network; to name a few.

Mounik spent more than a decade closely working with clients like Wells Dairy Inc – Iowa , USA , Mauna Loa Macadamia Nuts – Hawaii , Atantee Nigeria , KIIT – LA, USA,  Asian American Inc., Mariani Packing Company, USA , American Express – Financial Centre East, Amway India , ICICI – One Source, Mother Dairy Food Processing Limited.

Mounik is a graduate in Economics and holds an MBA with area of specialization in Marketing and finance.

Saurabh Gupta

Saurabh Gupta’s career profile spans more than 10 years in Industry and IT in delivering, managing and owning end to end responsibilities. He led the set of ODC for World Bank – including the service delivery framework, governance and PMO. He brings significant experience in managing multiple, diverse teams across multiple locations. Saurabh’s strengths include strategizing, planning, negotiations and problem solving skills. Saurabh has a strategic role in transforming Pratyaya into one of the most respected and widely-known Business Innovation companies in the world. He continues to lead the initiative for branding Pratyaya amongst the investor community and building key relationships across the technology space, while bringing his skills to enhancing transparency and disclosure levels.
