Business Transformation

Companies competing successfully in today’s highly dynamic, global markets understand the importance of a rationalized enterprise IT infrastructure that enables operational flexibility and business agility. In many sectors, business agility has become a prerequisite for corporate survival. Here companies are looking to implement enterprise-wide changes that allow them to reduce costs, boost business performance, and enable faster time to market. In particular, they need to ensure that their IT infrastructure has the flexibility to accommodate new business segments and value chains in order to support mergers, acquisitions, and evolving business strategies.

However, trying to manage all the organization, business, and IT changes that are required is a very time consuming and difficult endeavor without outside expertise. Smart companies are increasingly turning to Pratyaya to accompany them on this journey; a journey we call Business Synergisation.

Business Synergisation initiative evaluates exactly where an organization is today and where it needs to be to increase its business agility and top-line performance for future success. Beginning with a comprehensive ‘health-check’ to assess the current organization and methods, we work alongside our clients to implement a business transition program that rationalizes and synergise organization, business processes, and IT operations.

We then develop and follow a technology roadmap for adaptive enterprise operations that quantifies the operational improvements, performance enhancements, and business benefits achieved at each stage of the ‘journey’.

Enabler for Business Transformation

We focus on three major disciplines in addition to solutions in the phenomenon of business transformation:

Co-creation of customer experience

Cutting edge information technology has empowered individuals and communities of consumers to define what is of value to them and to experience this value in a given context. Hence the focus of successful organizations is shifting from selling products and services to managing co-creation experience platforms that enable consumers and firms to jointly identify, create, exchange and extract value. Going forward competitive advantage will be derived by a firm's ability to create, align and sustain platforms that will involve customers all along the experience value chain in creative ways.

Few of our current offerings to enable adoption of Co-Creation of Customer Experience are:

  • Conduct Co-Creation workshops to introduce Co-Creation thinking among client executives and help them appreciate its relevance to their business
  • Facilitate identification of "Experience Environments" for Co-Creation with customers a 8-10 week Strategic advice project
  • Facilitate design of "Information Technology Platforms" to execute new experience environments (IS Applications, Infrastructure, implementation, development, etc..) and recommend enterprise resource (people, process, structure, etc) alignment to the new experience scenarios.
The transformation from the current business centric view of value to customer centric view of value can be co-created with our clients through a process of applying Pratyaya process. Pease contact us to know more about adoption of  Co-Creation and to help then transform customer experiences.
